The room was big, had a beautiful view of the city and was luminous. I used room service by night and the food was very good (ceviche).
I didn't like the breakfast buffet. It hadn´t much fruit and it hadn´t any cake.

The staff were kind and friendly. I appreciated their flexibility in meeting my needs (I stayed more days than I had reserved and needed a different kind of room than I had reserved).
Shared bathroom walls made for more noise than I was used to, but nothing too bad.

good location right in the city center, a couple of blocks from Park Kennedy, close to bars and restaurants
elevator seems to be a bit out of fashion. The wall is thin that i can hear water running from another room.

They change a higher room price than than the price for what we did the booking at Booked.net! On Booked.net the price is listened in dollars. If you want to pay with your credit card, you have to pay in local units (they say their credit card machine does not work in dollars). To pay with credit card, they calculate the room rate (from Booked.net in dollars) to local units using a very unfavorable exchange rate. Since we were in a hurry and they did not want to change this rate, there was no other option left than paying more for our room than the rate as agreed on (the Booked.net rate). I think this is not fair and Booked.net should take action.

The girl on recepetion was wonderfully helpful. Great breakfasts. Very comfortable room. Super location in centre of Miraflores. Easy and free access to the Internet.
We wanted to make tea in our room with our travel kettle and we were charged 9 soles for a glass of fresh milk. This is way too much and spiolt an otherwise great service.

Helpful staff during our check-in process.
The apartment was not cleaned during our entire 9-night stay, and the only cleaning tool available was a dirty broom. The condition of the apartment was appalling, dirty dishes, severe noise from the parking garage, and significant moisture problems resulting in mold throughout.

Our bed was really comfortable. It was great that hotel has 3 computers with internet free of charge. Breakfast was good. Good location.
The bathroom was a bit misty. The price was quoted in USD, but it is not possible to pay in USD. The hotel used the excange ratio 1 USD = 3 soles... which is more than official exchange rate (for example: at the same day Peru Rail used exchange rate 1 = 2,8)

The location is fantastic, just steps from
Major attractions and dining options. The room was cozy and clean, but the lack of soundproofing made it hard to sleep at times. I especially appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me .

Great boutique hotel with all the up to the minute facilities. Very interesting as the rear wall downstairs is the original Inca wall. Good breakfast and in general the staff very attentive. 10 metres from the main Plaza de Armas and I found the rate, (I was a walk-up guest), more than competitive with the other hotels and the facilities just great. Stayed an extra 2 nights it was that convenient.
When I checked out, the male desk clerk was incompetent and as a consequence ruined my cash budget and really could have altered my opinion of the hotel. The rest of the staff were excellent. Apart from him, the stay was great and he was the only negative.
